NaiSaiKu for 3Word Wednesday

ThomG, moderator of 3 Word Wednesday, offers these words today: lucid, salvage, righteous

lucid wins - gesso
salvage of painting gone bad
a righteous effort
putty knife makes new texture
a righteous effort
a toss-out painting salvaged
lucid gesso wins

nicely done. I think you'll have people looking up the technique.

very tactile - makes me want to get my knives out and feel the pull of the paint - I really like this image also :-)

Reminds me of my painting days. And I love the fractal - the way it shows up on my screen, it has a palette knife feel to it and the left side looks like flames. Nice.

I'm not an artist in any way, but you're brill with art AND words.

such a wonderful thing about art, it is not complete until the artist feels it is. Wonderful marriage with your art.

I know only a little about painting, but enough to appreciate what you've written here. It's really neat.

I had to look up gesso too. I wonder what the equivalent would be for a writer? I'm slowly learning to salvage stories I considered a lost cause.
